Mediations
For more than 40+ years, Attorney Astor has been a litigator, concentrating on personal injury and medical malpractice claims. In 1992 he began serving on the mediations panel of the American Mediations Association and presently serves on the panels of the Hampden County Bar Association and Case Closed. He has served as a moderator for a Massachusetts Bar Association panel on conducting mediation and mediations hearings. During the past 20 years he has successfully resolved hundreds of cases through mediation and mediations in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, construction disputes and employment discrimination.
